Pepper Spray Laws

• New Jersey: Carrier must be minimum age 18 years of age, a non-felon. Can buy, carry, ship and use if not more than 3/4 ounce.
• New York: Carrier must be minimum age 18 years of age, a non-felon, have have no previous assault charges.
• Michigan: Carrier must be minimum age 18 years of age. Can buy, carry, and use if not more than 1 1/5 ounces.
• Other states: Legal for use and carry.
