Since January of 2004, we have been providing our customers with high quality law enforcement and military grade, less than lethal, weapons, self-defense products and other self and home safety products. Since the beginning, we were known as DefenseProducts101.com, the TASER® Superstore. In April of 2021 we made the decision to rebrand our entire self-defense product offering to the Stun Gun Superstore! This gave us the opportunity to make necessary upgrades to our website and social media platforms, as well as explore new product options that will further serve you, our customers.

All orders are shipping within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed by 2:00pm central time ship the day they are placed. Our shipping options include ground, 3 day, 2 day and next day delivery. Please note that a signature will be required delivery of TASER® devices and various other items depending on order total. Your tracking email will state whether a signature will be required for delivery. PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express. Every transaction is encrypted for your security and ours. Once your payment is complete, you'll be emailed a receipt for your transaction. RETURN POLICY Should you wish to return all or part of your order, click the contact us link on this website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Pepper spray products can not be returned. Other products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in "like new" condition and must include all original packaging and package contents. Original shipping cost will be deducted from refunds. Additional return fees may also apply. STUN GUN LAWS Stun Guns and TASER® devices are not considered firearms.
