Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. We will email you return instructions and our return address within one business day.
2Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery in "like new" condition and must include all original packaging and package contents. Return fees may apply when returning weapons. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
3Be sure to include the RMA number in the return address as described the return instructions email that we send to you.
4Some returns must be shipped directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Others must be sent back to us. After you request a RMA number, we will send you the return address and instructions.
5After you have sent the package, please reply to your Return Merchandise Authorization email and send us the return package tracking number.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers may return or exchange purchased items within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items. All returns must include all original package contents, factory box and packaging and be in "like new" condition. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
Rules on returning and exchanging items with discovered defects:
Customers are entitled to notify Customer Support of any discovered defects and request a replacement within 2 (two) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the items. We will not replace merchandise with defects that are caused by improper handling of the items by the Customer.
If customers refuse to take delivery and ask for a refund, freight cost will be deducted from refunds. Return fees will also be deducted for TASER® products.
