to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. We will email you return instructions and our return address within one business day. Any returns sent to our warehouse without an RMA # will be refused. We recommend that all returns are shipped with tracking information and insurance.
2Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery in "like new" condition and must include all original packaging and package contents. Return fees may apply when returning weapons. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
3Be sure to include the RMA number in the return address as described the return instructions email that we send to you.
4Some returns must be shipped directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Others must be sent back to us. After you request a RMA number, we will send you the return address and instructions.
5After you have sent the package, please reply to your Return Merchandise Authorization email and send us the return package tracking number.
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers may return or exchange purchased items within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items. All returns must include all original package contents, factory box and packaging and be in "like new" condition. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
Products that are found to be defective can be returned for a replacement or credit toward the purchase of other products during the warranty period of that specific product. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and ends after the following period:
- We cover all products with a 90-day warranty
- The Streetwise Security™ brand has a one-year warranty
- The Streetwise Security™ brand for stun guns and stun batons have a lifetime warranty
- Police Force™ stun guns and stun batons have a lifetime warranty
- Jolt™ products have a lifetime warranty
- TASER® devices have a one year warranty
We will accept certain (not all) products back for exchange (credit toward the purchase of other products) within 30 days after the date of the invoice with a 20% exchange fee. Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging.
If customers refuse to take delivery and ask for a refund, freight cost will be deducted from refunds. Additional serial number/warranty deregistration fees will be deducted for TASER® projectile stun guns.
Return fees will be deducted from refunds. Return fees range from 10% to 20% depending on the product. Please note that returning TASER® brand projectile stun guns is similar to returning a firearm and just as complicated, therefore, there are substantial return fees associated with the return of a TASER® device. The average return fee for returning a TASER® device is around $96.00.
